Leonard, Chef/Owner, has over 25 years experience in the food service
industry.
Tom's culinary adventures span North
America, Europe, and the Caribbean. He has prepared intimate dinners
for 2, Five course wine paired dinners for 8, and backyard Barbecues
for 250.
Tom is a Culinary Management graduate
from the Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan, New York.
He trained at the Culinary Business Academy in Cherry Hill NJ, is
an active member of the South
Jersey Chapter of the United States Personal Chef Association,
and a Premier member of the USPCA.
